In the guidelines version 1.1 of Sept 19th, 2006 we have done little changes to reflect latest development in other flow cytometry standard proposals, e.g., parameter transformation description is no more part of a Gating-ML file and may be stored separately. In this case the Transformation-ML file should be provided. Furthermore, we have moved compensation from the Instrumentation section into the analyses as it better corresponds to the character of this information. Finally, based on community comments we have changed the descriptive statistical parameters that should be provided (modus and median have been added, SEM has been dropped, and SD and CV have been made optional).
