- aimed to develop systemic approach to modeling, capturing, analyzing, and disseminating flow cytometry data
The main flowcyt website is hosted by sourceforge.net. Please visit project web site at http://flowcyt.sourceforge.net.
Initial work was focused on developing a community-based standard for recording and reporting flow cytometry data. Software implementations of this standard will be created to facilitate data exchange between both software components and collaborative groups. Statistics packages will also be developed to allow users to implement analyses in a high throughput fashion, as well as exchange these analyses in more meaningful ways then are currently available.
Collaborators on this project included Ryan Brinkman, Robert
Gentleman, Michael
Ochs, Perry Haaland, Clayton Smith, Thomas Moloshok, Adam Treister, and the
ISAC data standards task force.
This project is open to community participation, if you are interested in data standards, please contact support@flowcyt.org
